We are seeking a vibrant, cheerful, and enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dynamic radio station. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, guests, and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and queries professionally and promptly.
- Schedule appointments and meetings while coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
- Handle courier services, mail, and other correspondence efficiently.
- Liaise effectively with team members across various departments.
- Provide basic information about the radio station and its services to callers and visitors.
- Communicate seamlessly in English, Hindi, and Malayalam to cater to diverse clients and team members.
- Assist in coordinating station events and promotions.
- Ensure the comfort and needs of on-air guests and station visitors are met.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar front office role.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cheerful, positive, and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic office software (MS Office Suite and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
