MINISTRY WARNS AGAINST LETTNG MINORS DRIVE WITHOUT LICENSE . പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത കുട്ടികളെ വാഹനം ഓടിക്കാൻ രക്ഷിതാക്കൾ അനുവദിക്കരുതെന്ന് നിർദേശം.ജുവനൈൽ പൊലീസിലെ ബോധവൽക്കരണ-വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് ഓഫിസറാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത് .പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത കുട്ടികൾ വാഹനം ഓടിക്കുമ്പോഴുണ്ടാകുന്ന എല്ലാ ഗതാഗത ലംഘനങ്ങൾക്കുമുള്ള പിഴത്തുക അടയ്ക്കാനും അപകടങ്ങൾക്കുമുള്ള ഉത്തരവാദിത്തവും രക്ഷിതാക്കൾക്ക് മാത്രമായിരിക്കും.
